Positive Review:
Phenomenal place. The guy behind the counter is very knowledgeable helped me find what i wanted, apologized for the few minute wait.. hubby and I drive a truck OTR and we always stop at vaper maven and no matter what state we’re in they are all helpful and knowledgeable.
Negative Review:
I recently had a frustrating experience at Vapor Maven that left me questioning their professionalism. I entered the store with my ex-husband, who had his ID, but I only had a picture of mine on my phone because my wallet was at my house. Meanwhile we are both 27 years old. The staff member, whom I’ll refer to as the “Green Goblin Lady,” refused to let me stay and insisted I leave, I said okay and left but was baffled by this overzealous enforcement of policy, but things only got worse when, after I left, she told my ex-husband he had to leave too because I didn’t have my ID. This lack of common sense and customer service.
