Mr Smoke is a one stop shop for glass, cbd, hookah, and vape needs! If you’re looking for quality products from boutique stores, assembled in one location, look no further! Quality glass of a type that’s available nationwide is a key feature, along with a strong selection of smoking accessories. There’s few locally crafted pieces, but their selection is superb to fit your needs!

Negative Review:

Horribly leaky cart and no exchange provided. $30 product leaked out overnight. Granted we did leave the store, but proof of purchase was in the account. They argue that the reason they can’t refund is because we could’ve just brought in a cart from a different purchase but my response to that is that proof of purchases are held in accounts and this was our first experience even buying anything from this store and they would’ve seen it was the recent and our only purchase. I asked if she could call the owner and she stated that he is in Brazil. So I guess just because the owner is in Brazil, he cannot be bothered to know about customer’s questions with the store? Does someone really just let their business go if they’re out of the country? The manager offered $35% off after invalidating that they carry leaky carts. She stated she’s never seen that brand ever leak. Perhaps that’s a personal truth for her, but we couldn’t take up the 35% discount until later that day because we had spent the last $30 we had allocated for that stuff for the moment and it was a complete waste. We got 0 product out of it. When we returned later that night we requested the discount, bought another one, and it also leaked out right in front of them and had to try another one. Until we’re offered a real way to make it right or they make a chance to slightly lighten up their return policy, I couldn’t be bothered to come back.
