So for the past year or so I have been consistent shopper at another vape store in sherwood. I stopped at Mr smoke in North Little Rock because it was a little bit closer to me and where I live. I’m so glad that I did. Excellent customer service that has kept me returning ever since the first visit! Wide variety, again excellent customer service, and great loyalty program!

Negative Review:

Couldn’t find my old review and I want to make sure people see this. I bought a glycerine filled waterpipe and bowl set and not an hour later the bowl was broken in what’s clearly a manufacturing defect. I was given the run around for about 2 weeks before I finally got a manager. After spending $100 on one single defective item the manager expected me to come out of pocket for a “discounted” bowl. Now I don’t shop here, i went from spending over $100 a month here on vape juice, devices and blunt wraps to just going to one of either superior vape stores in the area. Removing reviews is a nasty way of doing business if you can’t keep your reviews up without being deceitful you probably are just a bad business person.
