Negative Review:
They sell defective products. I have been a regular customer with them yet, no more. They are to many places that won’t rip me off. I purchased a product the day before, whet shopping, got home and unpacked product only to find out was not working at all. Go in the next day, with receipt, demonstrate how it doesn’t work and get told there is only a 10h Return window? (That they very recently just changed as they use to assure people that if anything is wrong just bring it back and they would take care of it) This is not the case at all. Why have a return window when the store closes, I’m I supposed to return this a midnight when the store is closed?
They are selling defective devices, they are dishonest, and their assurance doesn’t mean anything.
I’ll be going somewhere that won’t waste my money and time from now on and do should you. Thier manager is not in touch with the real world or the business.
