I’ve shopped here weekly, for over 15 years! Ive literally spent thousands of dolllars in this place. I will never shop here again! I purchased a new juul device for $10 and it was faulty and didn’t work. I went back in within an hour and asked to exchange it. The manager said she wouldn’t take it back that I needed to contact juul. I said, it would be nice if you would just exchange it for another for me, since I’m such a regular customer. She was arrogant, not helpful and cost this place my business. Oh yeah…3 other people in my family are also going to a new store! She should know, as the manager, that juul can’t legally mail me a replacement because we’re in Arkansas. Unfortunately, for Tobacco Superstore, they put a woman that is a bit dim, in a managerial position. Her poor decision to turn me away as a faithful customer has cost them alot of money.
