I wanted to update this review. I’ve been shopping here for about 8 months now. I love this place. They have a pretty big selection of goodies to choose from. The woman who is frequently behind the counter is so awesome, she is so friendly every time I come in. Thank you so much!
Negative Review:
I walked in last month and the dude was legit asleep on the couch. I had to scream to wake him up. I have it recorded on my phone if anybody would like to see.
UPDATE: AFTER ONE YEAR I NEVER HEARD FROM THIS GUY…SO I GAVE UP ON THIS SHOP
So it has been a month. Another employee took down my phone number when I went in there just to make sure the owner gets it.
After I had sent them an email as he requested.
Well it’s been a month…. Crickets.
I have yet to hear from them. I gotta be honest. I was impressed at his swift response. But at this point, it seems like his response was to ensure it looked like they cared.
And so it begins….again. They never have anything, and they always say its because of the Anchorage store, and how they will never send Eagle River what they need yada yada. People working there have NO IDEA what they are selling. I ask questions, and they legit say ” I have no idea” and just leave it at that……Jesus do better.
