Negative Review:

I have a deep appreciation for Smoking Queens and their products. While I do find some items to be somewhat overpriced, I generally enjoy my visits and typically spend between $200 and $300 during each trip. However, I have recently encountered a concerning trend during my last two visits. An employee’s demeanor when I inquired about products made me feel as though my requests were a burden. This has negatively impacted my overall experience, and I am beginning to question my continued patronage. I hope this feedback can lead to improvements in customer service, as I value my relationship with Smoking Queens.
