Tobacco superstore was cool but this new smoker friendly sucks. They sell faulty products and won’t take them back when you notify them of it. Got a vape pen took it out the box and plugged it in right away. It won’t even turn on, it won’t charge none of the lights turned on at all. I called maybe 20 minutes after purchasing a faulty vape and was greeted rudely by an older man (same man that sold it to me) that won’t even exchange it for something that works. So I’m out 20 bucks and they won’t even take a look at it?
