Super friendly staff. The prices on water pipes are insanely low. I love this little shop and would recommend anyone that likes vape or cannabis Accessories to check it out.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! i brought my dab pen up there to question if the white piece supposed to be loose she said it is. I noticed my bulb was cracked after i let her check it out. I hit it & the bulb kept cracking & the white piece fell out. She lied & said i broke it but here’s proof right here. She wont give refunds and she was rude to me & my momma kept cutting us off. DO NOT buy from here because if there’s a issue she will not give your money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Edit: I just got off the phone with the cashier & even she said i didn’t cuss her out. My mom was there & the owner cut both of us off our sentences. The owner cracked my damn bulb and she lied abt how the dab pen was supposed to be used . She didn’t let me get a word out to explain. the owner is disrespectful and unreasonable. I didnt even hit the pen the parts kept falling out since i bought it. It cant be in perfect condition when I never got to use it. Both my grandmother & mother were there so please stop accusing me when there are witnesses. I never said they sold me a defective product i said “my bulb got cracked after you gave it to me. The pen isnt working & there is a loose piece” she didn’t let me get a exchange or refund not to mention she yelled @ my mom after yelling at me. This lady is disrespectful & can’t communicate i spent $75 & it was my first time shopping there so why lie? i clearly had the money so why would i lie to get a refund? dont make sense
